The Presentation menu option brings up the Presentation screen.
To enable the Presentation menu, you must add the starting HTML page for your presentation to the Configuration dialog.
Your presentation HTML files can be anywhere on your computer. You can use the Browse button 
to search for your presentation start page. THoTH provides a presentation sub-directory under your THoTH directory, to give you a convenient place to place the files for your current presentation.
