This duet is based on the Bb Harmonic Minor scale. I wrote it as an exercise to see if I could write a tune in which all the notes in the melody and the chords came from the Harmonic Minor scale. But that A-flat in measure three just insisted on being there.
The title comes from the room number at Berklee in which I taught at the time.
The accompaniment is meant to be played with pick-and-fingers.
